
Hello loves. Buona Pasqua! Happy Easter! I’m sorry for the lack of posts the past few weeks. Hopefully this carrot cake will help make up for my absence. I have a good excuse though- I spent the first week of my spring break WWOOFing on a tiny farm near the town of Bisano in the hills south of Bologna. My time on the farm was unforgettable, but I’d be lying if I said that I wasn’t relishing being home with immediate access to the internet, hot water, and white sugar and flour. More soon!
